A Hobby

     I really enjoy art. Painting with acrylics or watercolour, and coloured pencil drawings. During the school year I don't have the time I want and need to create. This had really been getting to me a couple weeks before spring break started. When my friends started saying schools would get shut down due to the pandemic I didn't think much of it but I did think about all the things I would create if schools were to shut down. To my surprise they did. I was glad that I could take the time to do the things I actually enjoyed doing. I don't really know what I want to do for a living when I'm older and then people try to help me by asking what I like to do. I respond with art and they always go straight to graphic design. I don't want to do graphic design, I like art you make with a bunch of supplies, something you can do without any technology. During the extra time I have had I have painted a space duck, rooster, portrait, a painting for a friend and a few cartoon characters. I have drawn a few celebrities, butterflies, a stick, things to fill a page and so much more. Overall I miss seeing my friends but this quarantine has given me the time I wanted to create everything I did.
